KIGALI – SPEAKERS for the Mobile 360 Africa conference set for Rwanda in July have been announced.
The event is scheduled for the Kigali Convention Centre.
Speakers confirmed by the GSMA include chief executive officers (CEOs) are drawn from the digital ecosystem across the continent.

New for 2018, the event will feature the Innovation Showcase including the #BetterFuture Stage, highlighting how the mobile and ICT industry is working towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Michael O’Hara, Chief Marketing Officer, Global System for Mobile Communications (GSMA), said the transformational impact of mobile was being felt more profoundly in Africa than anywhere else in the world.
“With more than half a billion people across Africa now subscribed to a mobile network, this connectivity provides a gateway to a range of essential services such as digital identity, healthcare and financial services,” O’Hara said.
He said as a country sculpting a strong national identity around harnessing the collective power of youth, Rwanda was the perfect backdrop to explore the direction and impact of Africa’s digital revolution.
The conference will comprise thought-provoking keynote addresses, fireside chats and panel discussions from July 17-19.
